We are extremely happy to introduce a new service called as ‘MISSED CALL BANKING’ with immediate effect. This new service is intended to provide ‘BALANCE ENQUIRY ‘of Customers Savings/Current/CCOD Accounts to their registered mobile numbers in Core Banking Software of the Bank.

The salient features of the said service are as under:

a) Customers are required to give a missed call to ‘09278700859’, from their registered mobile number. If the Customer’s mobile number is already registered in CBS, then the Customer will get SMS to their mobile handset with latest balance of his Savings or Current or CCOD Account, as the case may be.

b) Service Charge: Free of Cost at present.
